Description:
The city of Vantaa tenders the cleaning and cleaning agents, cleaning equipment and other products and disposable products intended for the professional use of the catering and cleaning services of the City of Vantaa and Vantaa Tilapalvelut Vantti Oy in this call for tenders and its according to the appendices. The procurement is divided into two (2) different sub-areas: Sub-area 1 Washing and cleaning agents, cleaning equipment and other products for catering and cleaning services Sub-area 2 Disposable products Each sub-area is compared separately. the exact product criteria and the products to be ordered are described in the tender request appendices 3.0 Price appendix sub-area 1 and 3.1 Price appendix sub-area 2. The customer chooses a maximum of two (2) contract suppliers for sub-area 1 in order of priority and a maximum of two (2) contract suppliers for sub-area 2 one (1) contract supplier. Two (2) contracts will be concluded with the selected contract supplier for sub-area 1, one for the city of Vantaa and the other for Vantaa Tilapalvelut Vantti Oy. For subdivision 2, one (1) contract will be made with the city of Vantaa with. The contract is made for a fixed period of two years. The customer reserves the right to extend the contract with two (2) one (1) year options. the estimated start date is 1 February 2026. The value of the procurement is distributed as follows: City of Vantaa approx. €1,425,000 Vantaan Tilapalvelut Vantti Oy approx. €3,480,000 The customer does not commit to the procurement amounts estimated in the tender documents...
