• The real estate services of the Espoo parish association (hereinafter the customer) requests a quote for a four-wheel steerable wheel loader. The purpose of the procurement contract is to acquire one (1) new four-wheel steerable wheel loader for the customer, which must be new and unused and it must be suitable for the maintenance work of Kellonummi cemetery all year round. The registration of the wheel loader is handled by the customer when the seller delivers the certificate required for registration to the contact person. The offered wheel loader must fill in here the technical requirements and equipment presented in the request for tender. The machine must also meet the occupational safety requirements for the driver and the work environment, the requirements of the road traffic regulation/law and EU regulations. in appendix 1. The winning bid is determined by the value-added price of a new wheel loader that meets the requirements and its usability for cemetery maintenance work. The scoring of the competition is done as follows:- the cheapest price gets 50 points and other prices compared to the lowest price - usability for cemetery maintenance work (max. 40 points) is compared during the bidding period, so the bidder must deliver the machine corresponding to his bid (time to be agreed with the customer) to Kellonummi cemetery within two working days for a test drive or it has been test driven in advance in 2025 or 2026.
