- The City of Kouvola is asking for bids for full -time paste to the city's day care centers and family day care. The City of Kouvola offers all children in day care and family day care after each full -time paste. For full -time care for this means three (3) lozenges a day. The estimated value of the acquisition is below the national threshold, so the acquisition will be carried out in small acquisition. The designed contract period is 15.10.2025-30.09.2027. In addition, it is possible to attach one (1) year of option to the agreement (1.10.2027-30.9.2028) if subscriber so decide.
