The Salo City State Services (hereinafter referred to as the contracting unit/subscriber) requests offers for the purchase of the Salo Ice Hall building contract as a contract in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. The acquisition focuses on a new ice rink built in the Salo City Sports Park. The new hall will be fixedlyAs a follow-up to the SSO Ice Hall in the park. The contract is a divided contract, which includes the following contracts: a construction contract (main contract) and a sub-contracted side contract, ie LV contract, IV contract, electrical work contract and building automation contract. The acquisition is thus divided into five areas hereas described in the invitation to tender. Partial offers are allowed, ie the offer can be submitted in one or more areas. The contract includes all the work, materials, procurement and obligations presented in the plan documents of the site, unless otherwise mentioned in the plans.
