• Description:
• The procurement ring formed by the cities of Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Tampere, Turku and Oulu (later the six cities) procures for its personnel working in early childhood education, as a commissioned training, the qualifications to become early childhood sociologists social worker degree training for the period between 1 September 2026 and 31 December 2032. The procurement is an educational service procurement according to Appendix E. The purpose of the procurement is to prevent a shortage of skilled personnel in the early childhood education of the six cities. To be procured on-demand trainings are organized as multi-format trainings carried out alongside work, in which case the studies consist of local and distance learning, independent study and internships. Face-to-face teaching must be on average two days a month and must be real-time distance education should be on average 3-4 times a month. A more detailed description of the services to be procured can be found in Appendix 1. The local teaching groups can be combined, where applicable, with any existing ones of the Service Provider or its possible subcontractor to undergraduate or multimodal education groups. Distance and online education is organized simultaneously for employees in all six cities and can, where appropriate, be combined with the Service Provider's corresponding undergraduate or multi-modal education teaching. Individual universities of applied sciences or groups formed by several universities of applied sciences can participate in the tender.
