Description:
The task of the substance abuse facility service is to offer clients a safe treatment environment where they can receive guidance, support and treatment to support substancelessness. The goal is to encourage customers in their rehabilitation and to motivate them to abstinence and the necessary follow-up treatment/rehabilitation.
Drug treatment divisionuu to five services:
- Survival treatment and short-term institutional drug detoxification (section 1)
- Long-term institutional drug detoxification (section 2)
- Institutional drug rehabilitation (section 3)
- Institutional intensive drug rehabilitation (section 4)
- Institutional substance abuse treatmentn family rehabilitation (subarea 5)
The above descriptions of the services organized by the Kymenlaakso welfare area are health care services in terms of coping and detoxification. Institutional substance abuse rehabilitation, on the other hand, is an institutional service according to the Social Welfare Act (1031/2014). In both descriptions, stronga multi-professional working is important.
Customers are people and families from Kymenlaakso who have turned 18. The customer is responsible for planning and organizing the customer's service package.
