• Description:
• North Karelia's procurement department is asking for a bid for the construction contract for the new construction and alteration works of Rääkkylä school. The form of contract for the realization of the object is a shared contract. The civil engineering contractor acts as the main contractor and the legislation as the intended main contractor (Yse 1998 §4). The goal is that work can be started on the new construction part in the week of 10-12 / 2026. The work must be ready in all respects no later than 31 August 2027. The developer requires that the contractor has familiarized himself with the construction site conditions before submitting an offer. If the bidder has not familiarized himself with the site before submitting the bid, the bid will be rejected. Two (2) separate presentation events will be organized at the site; 1st screening time on Monday 19 January 2026 from 12:00 to 15:00 and 2nd viewing time on Thursday 22 January 2026 from 12:00 to 15:00. You must register for the presentation event in advance by sending an e-mail to the subject's presenter. The presenter is Jussi Mutikainen, jussi.mutikainen@rta.fi. If necessary, the customer can arrange more presentation events and they will be announced in the offer service with an additional information message, but basically only two (2) of the aforementioned events will be held. The offer is binding and must be written in Finnish.
