- Paeaekaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy is tendering for a service provider that carries out equipment delivery, equipment installation service, equipment configuration as well as troubleshooting and installation environment repairs related to the NRV2020 Jokeri (tram fleet) operating environment. The acquisition includes most of the installationsto 29 trams according to the Customer's needs.
The object of procurement consists of three (3) sub-areas:
1. Equipment deliveries and installation service
This sub-area includes equipment deliveries and services (installation and configuration) of passenger counting devices for trams. Device configurations possiblet includes changes in the configurations of information technology and telecommunication equipment related to the content of the acquisition, e.g. by means of configuration instructions and files.
2. Troubleshooting
This sub-area includes troubleshooting passenger counting devices installed in trams, repairing the installation environmentmaintenance work and equipment exchange and repair service. Troubleshooting can include, for example, cabling checks, possible on-site repairs to the installation environment (cabling, connections, etc.) or device configurations, or reporting device faults to the operator or other addressesto an advantageous position. Repairs to the installation environment may include e.g. electrical supply or passenger counting cabling or other repairs to the installation environment.
3. Passenger calculation
This sub-area includes the enabling of the calculation service in connection with sub-area 1.
