Description:
Paeaekaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy is tendering for a service provider that will carry out equipment delivery, equipment configuration and troubleshooting and installation environment repairs related to the NRV2020 Jokeri (tram fleet) operating environment.
The object of procurement consists of three (3) areas:
1. Devicesdeliveries:
This sub-area includes equipment deliveries and services of passenger counting devices for trams. The device configurations may include changes to the IT and communication device configurations related to the content of the acquisition, e.g. configuration instructions and file
Installation is not a mandatory part of the device delivery, but is an option as an additional purchase.
2. Troubleshooting:
This sub-area includes troubleshooting passenger counting devices installed in trams, repair work on the installation environment, and equipment replacement and repair service. Troubleshooting canincludes, for example, cabling checks, possible on-site repairs to the installation environment (cabling, connections, etc.) or device configurations or reporting device faults to the operator or other designated location. Repairs to the installation environment may include e.g.other repairs to the power supply or passenger counting cabling or the installation environment.
3. Passenger calculation:
This sub-area includes enabling the calculation service in connection with sub-area 1.
