Description:
The acquisition focuses on real estate assets managed by the fairway agency. For example, one or more buildings of the train station environment may be subject to a condition assessment and/or building history survey. Railway environment buildings usually include a station or stop building and station operationscourtyard buildings, such as a residential building, resin opening, basement, storage, garage or sauna. The target buildings are mainly wooden structures and completed during 1884-1928. The acquisition focuses on a project -based expert service that is implemented as a framework arrangement and ithas been divided into two areas: section 1 Fitness estimates for railway station buildings section 2 Historical surveys of the railway station buildings. The contract period is two (2) years, after which the subscriber has the opportunity to introduce two (2) one (1) year option period.
