• Description:
• The track technical learning center organizes training according to the qualification requirements of track maintenance, e.g. superstructure and safety equipment courses as well as other courses required by the state railway network. Hundreds are trained in the railway technical learning center every year railway industry professionals. The Finnish Railways Agency is responsible for the obligations of the property owner and holder. The property manager maintains the systems acquired by the Norwegian Railways Agency related to the property and takes care of the safety and operation of the property (e.g. lift and elevators) and contracts. The site manager keeps in touch and works in cooperation with the regional track site manager and the track maintainer. The property manager also prepares tenders for the learning center's necessary purchases. With the lobby attendant has its own areas of responsibility, which include e.g. safety briefings for students and other people doing business in the premises, as well as daily monitoring of the property's premises security (e.g. access control) and assistance tasks in organizing trainings. Hosting the goal is to ensure that the facilities are safely available for training activities and, in accordance with the life cycle of the property, care is taken to maintain the level of service in the property. For example, cleaning and property maintenance are tendered separately and the content of the contract is reviewed separately with the selected service provider.
