• The city of Raisio requests a bid for the project management contract for the Raisionlahti school at the target and ceiling price according to the procurement notice, request for bids and the attached bid documents for the project. The RFP documents are listed in the list of attachments to the tender request. The scope, content and schedule of the project are presented in the attached tender documents. The Raisionlahti school will be built in Kaanaasi in the area between Meriläntie and Isovuorentie, on the edge of Kaanaantie. There is for the area the development of the site plan has been started and it is estimated that the site plan will be in the approval stage in the summer of 2026. The goal of the project is for the Raisionlahti school to be commissioned in August 2028. The client's desire is to achieve a project management contract for the construction project a form of implementation in which the entire project organization commits to cooperation and to help the client achieve the best outcome for the project.
