- With this procurement notice, Customs requests applications for participation in the tender for Raman analyzers in accordance with this request for participation and its attachments.
The purpose of the procurement is to acquire Raman analyzers for use by Customs. The Raman devices to be purchased are hand-operated (includedportable and battery operated). Raman analyzers are needed in the work of customs inspectors in order to identify e.g. various medicinal, narcotic and doping substances as well as general chemicals.
Based on the competition, one supplier will be chosen for the Raman analyzers.
Procurement anticipated arvo is approximately €600,0000 - €2,000,000.
When calculating the anticipated value of the acquisition, the largest total compensation to be paid without value added tax has been used as the basis. The anticipated total value announced in the procurement notice also takes into account possible alternative ways of implementing the procurementand the option and extension terms included in the purchase agreement.
The value of the purchase is estimated for 14 Raman devices and for the estimated 10 to 25 additional devices that may be acquired later. The number of future annual purchases depends on the needs of the purchasing unit and available funding.The amount may vary according to needs and available funding. The estimate is given without commitment.
This procurement complies with the Law on Public Defense and Security Procurement (1531/2011), hereinafter referred to as the Putu Act.
