• Description:
• Repair of the deck and load-bearing structures of the wooden pier of Mustalahti harbor located in Rantasalmi. The area to be repaired is marked in the appendix. Area approx. 155 m2. The dimensions of the timber must be at least the same as the timber of the existing pier dimensions. Planed deck planks 50 mm x 100 mm. Load-bearing beams 75 x 200. The condition of the load-bearing beams must be checked and replaced if necessary. In addition, 50x100 mm to the side of the pier's 75x200 beam all the way to the water side. The timber must be durable wood, class A. Fastening of deck planks stainless steel 6x100 mm. There are two safety ladders at the end of the pier. Sufficiently strong protections made of durable wood must be designed and built around them, so that ships coming to the berth do not hit the ladders. 19 tires in poor condition and the bidder can provide a sufficiently strong fastening for the tires (e.g. wire or chain). The fastening material must be hot-dip galvanized and other materials needed for fastening must also be taken into account. The contractor will deliver structural plans and bearing capacity calculations for the pier to be repaired to the customer by e-mail before the start of the construction work in pdf format. Removal of demolition waste is included in the contract. The form of the contract is a total contract.
