- Description:
- The contract includes the smoothing of sewers and the repair/renewal of wells in the central area of Rantasalmi in accordance with the tender documents. Contract area 1 includes the renovation of Eliel Saarinen tie (formerly Poikkitie) from Kylätie to Ohitustie concrete sewer line. Contract area 2 is from Rantasalmi school to the pump station located on Rantatie. The drains of Eliel Saarinen tie have been described in 2022 /2023 and the drains from the school to the Rantatie pumping station have been described in 2025. Imaging materials are available on request during the contract calculation period. The site area is determined in more detail with a bid review. The works are carried out within the budget, so the project may be shorter. Possible sewer excavation works are carried out at unit prices. Otherwise, excavation work is included to work. The form of the contract is a total price contract. Sewer renovation is carried out by patching the sewer network. The implementation date of the works is May 2026. The contractor can present his own implementation date. A more precise time will be agreed upon The contractor must familiarize himself with the sites before submitting the offer. If necessary, a screening will be organized at the locations on Thursday, April 2, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. The screening can be arranged with Jouni Heikkinen by e-mail jouni.heikkinen@jarvisaimaanpalvelut.fi or tel. 044 417 5272. The contractor should prepare for a possible report-taking negotiation in week 16. The negotiation can be arranged remotely if necessary.
