Description:
The municipality of Kittila real estate services is requesting an offer for the maintenance cleaning of the saunas and stairwells of the apartment buildings 2, 4 and 6 on Rantatie for the period between 19.1.2026 and 19.1.2028. Cleaning must be done between 07:00 and 16:00. Cleaning must be done on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays on weekdays. The cleaning time is 3h 9min (3.14h)/day. When cleaning the stairwells and saunas, you must use the measurements made by the customer using the cleaning sizing program (Atop), the customer's cleaning tools, - substances, - waste bags, hand towel and toilet paper. The service also includes paper and soap refills, maintenance of cleaning equipment and cleaning laundry maintenance. Basic cleaning of the premises is done once a year and must be invoiced separately. The cleanliness level of the premises is defined in accordance with the dimensions of the premises and the customer's instructions must be followed when cleaning and caring for the surface materials. The quality of the service must meet the purpose of use of the premises and the level of cleanliness and hygiene required by the activities there. The offer takes into account the cheapest hourly price VAT 0%. The offer price is fixed and is valid for the entire contract period. The procurement contract complies with JYSE 2025 SERVICES conditions.
