This is a notice of market dialogue and this notice does not request bids. The aim of the market dialogue is to obtain information on procurement in order to make the tendering process as smoothly as possible. The contracting entity does not commit to implementing the acquisition by this notice publishedMaterials and changes to the procurement documents are possible.
