- The acquisition focuses on the implementation of the renovation and renovation of the main building of the National Archives in Helsinki at Rauhankatu 17 as a collaborative project management contract. The project management contractor acts as the main implementer and is responsible for all construction and building technologyfrom work. The side contracts and the procurement of the subscriber to the general contractor are described in the procurement documents.
The project management contract includes, among other things, renovation of all building systems, restoration of historical facades, and extensive office change work.The content and scope of the procurement and the project is described in more detail in the procurement documents.
The project consists of two stages: 1) development phase and 2) implementation phase. Separate agreements will be drawn up for each phase. Initially, an agreement on the development phase is drawn up with the selected supplier. Project management contractThe implementation phase will be made at the end of the development phase if the terms of the development of the development phase of the development phase are met for the transition to the implementation phase in Annex T6.
