Description:
The procurement applies to the city of Rauma's daily-priced student transportation in the education sector starting from the academic year 2024-2025.
The procurement is divided into four parts:
Target 1: Day-priced student transportation part I (1 car). Contract period 2024-2027 (option 2027-2028)
Target 2: Daily price student transport partII (2 cars). Contract period 2024-2027 (option 2027-2028)
Target 3: Eurajoki-Rauma transportation of students with special support (2 cars). Contract period 2024-2027 (option 2027-2028)
Item 4: Lapland primary school student transportation (2 cars). Contract period 2024-2027 (option 2027-2028)
The tenderer can offer one orinto several parts.
The procurement concerns the procurement of the operation of one (1) daily priced vehicle for the school years 2024 - 2027 (options from the school year 2027 - 2028). The car is only used by the city of Rauma during the academic year on school days from 07:00 to 11:00elementary school and pre-school students, and possibly also children in day care. The provider undertakes to also transport the new transported pupils who come during the school year.
There are approximately 190 school days in total during the school year. The transports mainly take place in the mornings to school/preschool/to daycare and in the afternoons home/afternoon club. There are also runs on individual Saturday school days, which are usually 2 or 3 during the school year. Changes are possible during the school year.
The subscriber plans the routes and schedules for the cars through the Movit routing software. Arranging rides...
