- The city of Rauma tenders the maintenance services of the old Rauma street snow melting system for the period between May 1, 2026 and April 30, 2029, after which the contract will continue indefinitely with a notice period of six (6) months. The customer requires that the bidders familiarize themselves with the site and its conditions before submitting an offer. Familiarization must take place in the customer's system at the presentation event on Thursday 11 December 2025 at 12:00. The maintenance services include the following inspections and maintenance procedures related to the operation of the equipment at agreed intervals (in autumn and spring): - Control valves and inspection and testing of actuators- Inspection of exchanger operation and leaks- Inspection of cleanliness, tightness and sound level of pumps- Inspection of cleanliness, temperature and sound level of electric motors- Inspection of operation of automatic air extractors- Operation of filling equipment and addition of glycol- Inspection of motor protection switches- Inspection and testing of controls and locks- Inspection of pre-pressures of expansion vessels- Inspection and testing of the operation of safety devices- Inspection and testing of the alarm system- Inspection of parameters of regulating devices- Water quality monitoring and measurements once per year (glycol, protection level) - Reporting to the customer after the inspection visit - Reading the energy meter.
