- Description:
- The City of Rauma requests phase 1 of the work for the new football stadium of the Rauma Äijänsuo sports center in accordance with this call for tenders and its attached documents. The scope of the contract is the work of phase 1 of the new Äijänsuo football stadium as well as the current one removal of the artificial turf of the football stadium. In the contract, the existing natural grass soccer field will be converted into an artificial grass field. In the first phase, the works assigned to the contractor are excavation and earth construction works and related LVIAS works and for field coating (artificial grass) for the new field. The removal of the existing football stadium covering includes the removal of the artificial turf, crumb rubber and the molded elastic rubber layer. In addition, the emptying and removal of the heating pipes on the field is included the contract and filling/leveling of pipe trenches. The form of the contract is a complete contract. The selected general contractor acts as the main contractor and the main implementer as defined by the legislation. participation, either on Wednesday 8 April 2026 or Thursday 9 April 2026 from 9:00 to 11:00. Phase 1 work is to be completed for the new field by 30 November 2026 and the work related to the removal of the old artificial turf by 30 April 2027 at the latest.
