- The object of the procurement is the acquisition of a real estate brokerage service for the sale of the property 49-51-98-2 (address: Turuntie 42, 02650 Espoo) owned by Veikkaus Oy. We are asking for your offer for the implementation of the real estate sale process and related commercial and legal advice for this request for quotationand in accordance with its annexes. The goal is to sell the property during the year 2024.
Veikkaus will choose one service provider based on the tender. The service provider has the exclusive right to market and convey the object during the contract's validity period.
The contract is valid for five (5)month, after which it continues indefinitely with a mutual notice period of one (1) month.
