- The city of Tampere's procurement services tenders real estate expert services for the city of Tampere. The request for tender is divided into two (2) parts. The provider can offer for one or both areas.
Section 1: Sale of real estate; Public areas, commercial buildings and - properties
Subarea 2: Apartments, other small buildings and real estate, and condominiums
The procured service includes buildings owned by the customer and orders for the sale of land areas. The target is services related to the sale of real estate. The service and its volume are described in more detail in the appendix Description of the acquisition. This is a tender exceeding the EU threshold. The procurement concerns the re-tendering of section 1 of the subject-specific bidding process, and previous offers are not valid. The contract period is 01.02.2026 30.11.2028 + 1 year option period. The subscriber makes a separate decision the introduction of the option period. The service provider is notified of the introduction of the option period three (3) months before the end of the contract period.
