Description:
The City of Kotka (contracting entity, subscriber) requests tenders for the winter maintenance services of the real estate it owns in accordance with the invitation to tender and its annexes.
Machine equipment is needed for snow plowing and sanding and for sand removal. The customer of the sanding seam is obtained directly from the contract supplier. The waste sand is delivered to the location designated by the subscriber and the sand reception site is directly billed by the subscriber. Services are obtained according to the customer's need in accordance with the service description, the invitation to tender and its annexes.
Invitation to tender is divided into 12 sub -units. One contractor (supplier, contractor) is selected for each sub -unit. The tenderer may submit the offer in one or more parts.
The areas to be contracted in the sub -complex are property yards, parking areas, walkways, sidewalks and park corridors.
The contract includes plowing, anti-slip and snow removal of the specified areas during the winter season (November 1-15) and sand removal At the end of the winter season (by April 30). The contract includes a standby, whereby contracting is also done outside normal working hours weatherproof by.
