With this RFI Yle invites interested suppliers to participate in the market dialogue held prior publishing the call for tenders (RFQ). Supplier should provide real-time HTML5 based graphics solutions in following areas:A) On screen, i.e. "lower third" graphicsB) Full screen graphicsC) Background videowall graphicsD) Graphics controllerIn this RFI, Yle is not looking for augmented reality or virtual reality production solutions, otherwise known as AR, XR or VR systems.Parts A, B, C, and D can be offered as a single solution or independently of each other. This means, Yle is not necessarily looking for a company-wide solution; a solution for a single part (A,B,C,D) may turn out to be a reasonable solution. If not all parts are offered, a recommendation of compatible other solutions / products that fill in the missing parts is required.The offered solution for parts A, B, C, or D should be capable of serving Yle's production environment. The entirety of it consists of 12 tv studios, 3 OB trucks, 1 playout centre and roughly dozen cloud live streaming units. Current graphic device count is roughly 200 devices, 50 real-time rendering servers and 6 non linear editing (NLE) rendering servers. Content filling clients have around 1300 installations.In this RFI, Yle is looking to identify the solutions available in the market that could meet Yle's needs.
