- VTK Kiinteistoet Oy (hereinafter "VTK" or "contracting entity") is competing for the construction consulting, supervision and expert services of the new building chips of the realization house for the project implementation and warranty period. The insight house is the first phase of the Vantaa City Strategy 2022-2025The City of Culture House project, which is responsible for the need for culture and leisure services in Vantaa and renews the center of Myyrmaki. Insight House offers permanent facilities for seven cultural and leisure services, as well as evacuation facilities and parking solutionto the latter phase of the flagship project (renewal of Myyrmaki House as an adventure house). By concentrating services under one roof, synergies resulting from the shared use of the premises. The visitor estimate for an insight house is approximately 340,000 people a year. Insight house is located in the old demolishedto the site of the health center (so -called Monttu). It produces permanent facilities for adult college, youth services, residents, fine arts school, music college, Vantaa Info, Children's Culture Center Tothem and Kino Theater for Kino Theater. The project will be located in the heart of Myyrmaki, the train stationand in the immediate vicinity of six public transport trunk line. The plot has a valid town plan and will be applied for a minor extent.
