Description:
The acquisition is the reception and disposal services for contaminated soil and demolition waste to the City of Rovaniemi, the Rovaniemi Educational Association, Neve Oy and Rovasuudun Market Real Estate Oy.
The contaminated soil for those subject to the acquisition meet the following assumptions:
• contaminants exceed the lower reference level according to VNA 214/2007
• Soil TOC is at most 6 % in a hazardous waste and up to 10 % in the waste classified as harmless (except paragraphs F1 and F2)
• soil contains up to 2% of a til-% waste (construction waste, wood, iron). If soil contains two or more organic contaminants
(Oil charcoal, gasoline carbon, BTEX compounds, PAHs), soil reception is billed for the detected contaminants at a higher unit price.
The final disposed of contaminated soil And the amount of contaminated demolition material is estimated to be 3000 ton/year. It is estimated that approximately 6,000 tons/year have been delivered to the reception sites for contaminated soil and contaminated demolition materials. The actual amount may differ significantly from the estimated.
For each sub -complex of the framework arrangement: (1. Contaminated soil 2. Threshold values 3. Oily demolition material) No more than three (3) tenderers are selected unless there are fewer tenderers.
