- The Licensing and Supervision Agency requests your offer for the reception and processing of contaminated soil from the old workshop area of the Hiitolankatu 18 property in the city of Joensuu. Soil masses containing harmful substances, approx. 240 t, have been confirmed by research contaminated with hydrocarbons and heavy metals in the surveys carried out in 2024-25. The research results are presented in appendices 2-3. The mass exchange work will be carried out during the early summer of 2026. The subscriber will notify the exact date at the latest a week before the start of the cleaning work. The tenderer must provide the tender price for the materials and weighing fees according to the tender request materials and the calculated transport price based on the distance using the tender form in attachment 1. All prices include VAT. 0 %. The offer must be valid until September 30, 2026. The winner will be the offer that meets the minimum requirements and is the cheapest in terms of comparison price.
