- Finnvera acquires a voluntary and legal debt collection of financial receivables for recovery services. The content of voluntary and legal recovery and services to be acquired are described in more detail in Annex 4 "Service Description". Finnvera's recovery has already been outsourced with the same purchaseto the extent. The winning service provider will also take care of the stock that is already in recovery. Finnvera's extent of voluntary recovery is illustrated by the fact that the first letter of the first reminder is sent to about 4,000 Finnvera customers, the second reminder to about 2000 customersand a payment order for about 800 customers. In 2023, about 1,100 debtors and 2,800 funding per year were transferred to legal collection. More than 900 challenges were drawn up. Finnvera's customers were bankrupt and about 220 debt settlements were confirmed. Payment agreements in the legalAbout 480 were made in the collection. In the course of 2023, the total capitalized capital was approximately EUR 125 million and the accrual of approximately EUR 16.5 million in legal recovery. On December 31, 2023, the position in legal recovery and after -a -charter was about 8,500 of the main debtors and the openEUR 385 million.
