Description:
The City of Vantaa will arrange for a tender for the purchase of recovery services in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. During the contract period, the subscriber does not commit to certain purchases during the contract period. Purchases can be made by all industries in the city of Vantaa. This agreement covers VantaaGroup companies owned by the city's majority share, whose accounting is provided by the financial services of the City of Vantaa. These Group companies are mentioned in Annex 5 of the invitation to tender. The Group companies using the contract conclude separate assignments with the selected supplier. In the event ofThe contract period will be established by new Group companies, these may be related to a separate contract agreement between the City of Vantaa and the supplier, provided that the financial services of the City of Vantaa to manage the accounting of that group company company. The invitation to tender comprises the following recoverysub -areas: - Voluntary recovery of public and private claims - Technical intermediary for enforceable claims - Legal recovery of private claims - post -termination until aging - Lawyer Service - Credit Information Service - InternationalRecovery - Customer Service and Reporting For the above recovery measures, a more detailed detection of the subject of the procurement is shown in Annex 2 Service Description.
