DESCRIPTION OF THE PROCUREMENT The subject of the procurement is workforce training providing professional skills in accordance with Chapter 7 of the Act on the Organization of Employment Services (23.3.2023/380). The procurement is a joint procurement of the Raahe employment area and the Ylivieska, Kalajoki, Nivala employment area (Act on Public Procurement and license agreements 1397/2016, § 21). The aim of the training is to get the participant employed. The goal is to develop the participant's professional skills exactly to the employer's needs, so that the participant is employed during the training or at the end of the training at a place of on-the-job training. The value of the education to be acquired is a maximum of 75,000 euros. The procurement includes two additional procurement rights of the customer, i.e. options. The target group of the training is primarily the jobseeker clients of the Raahe employment area and the Ylivieska, Kalajoki, Nivala employment area. The object of the acquisition is presented in the appendix 1, Training description. PROCUREMENT PROCEDURE The training is tendered using an open procedure. The anticipated value of the education to be acquired does not exceed the threshold value for procurements in Annex E according to § 25 of the Act on Public Procurement and Right-of-Use Agreements (Procurement Act 1397/2016).
