Description:
The goal of the acquisition is to acquire professional service providers as partners of Leijona Catering to support the procurement unit's recruitment process, mainly related to expert and management roles. The procurement unit requests a bid for expert services in the following three (3) areasabout producing:
A) Recruitment services
B) Direct search services
C) Suitability evaluation services
Based on the offers, the procurement unit selects one service provider for each sub-area, with whom a procurement contract is concluded, i.e. a total of three different procurement contracts are concluded. Eache, it is intended to select a service provider that specializes in the services of this particular area and from whom, during the contract period, high-quality and cost-effective professional services that meet the needs of the procurement unit can be purchased.
The procurement unit can acquire those belonging to the sub-areasservices individually, in groups or as a whole. Within the framework of the agreement, it is possible to agree on both individual assignments and long-term cooperation to produce a broader set of issues.
The number of procurements varies by sub-area. The purchase quantities presented in the request for tender are estimatesta, and no contract constitutes a quantity purchase obligation for the procurement unit.
Alternative offers are not allowed. The procurement unit makes procurement decisions by sub-area. The service provider can offer the procured service for either one or more areas.
