The purpose of the recruitment system is to manage recruitment processes, job advertisementscreation and publication, applying for tasks, and reporting. The process includes job announcements and publication, applicant communication, evaluation of applicants, arranging interviews, video interviews, and a person's transfer to salary. Applicants can apply for opento the tasks without registration and provide information on different tasks. The recruitment process is managed through the service to be purchased directly, except for other notification channels. Publications in the notification channels are made separately manually. The recruitment system is used by Tuomen's own employees,As well as external persons who may include, for example, aptitude assessments.
