- University of Helsinki Real Estate Services Ltd will compete for the framework agreement specified in the invitation to tenderDefining refrigeration equipment repair and maintenance work for determined properties. Such work includes, for example, maintenance of cold rooms, freezing rooms, manufacturing kitchen refrigeration equipment, water cooling and heat pumps, and repair work. Helsingin Kiinteistoepalvelut Oy will select a maximum of three (3) suppliers for the framework arrangement.
