Description:
This is a preliminary notice of the future renovation and expansion contracts of the Joensuu city ice rink. The request for tenders and its documents are estimated to be published between 16.1.2023 and 20.1.2023, in which case the deadline for submitting tenders is 13.2.2023 - 17.2.2023. The final deadline for submitting bidsa is announced in the actual call for tenders and the deadline for this advance notification is not the deadline for submitting tenders. There is no calculation material attached to this advance notice yet. This announcement replaces previously published advance announcements on the same subject.
The contract will be implemented inas a contractor.
Contracts:
- Construction contractor (main contractor)
Subordinated subcontracts:
- Electrical contractor
- Building automation (separate procurement by the customer)
- HVAC contractor (can also be an iv contractor and a pu contractor (pu - includes cooling equipment and wiring))
- Track tile contractor
- Security contractor (wheeling, locks, etc.)a cameras and other security products)
Subcontracts are subordinated to the main contractor with a subordination agreement.
PROJECT INFORMATION
The ice rink is located in the Linnunlahti 17 district, block 1787 and plot 6, address Kisapolku 4, 80110 Joensuu.
The project includes the renovation of part of the competition ice rink completed in 1982n and expansions of the new construction part.
In the project planning phase, the cost of the construction project is estimated at approx. 12.8 M€ (VAT 0%).
According to the customer's preliminary estimate, the construction work will start in April 2023, but the information will be specified in the request for tender. The site will be ready by the end of July 2024.
