- The object of the procurement is a remote reception and consultation system as a SaaS service, including chatbot, chat, remote reception and remote consultation.
The customer chooses one (1) supplier,with whom it contracts. The procurement contract must be used only by Istekki Oy, and the parties to the resulting contract are only Istekki Oy and the selected Supplier. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that Istek's customers are not part of this tender or the Procurement Agreement based on itks contracting parties, parties and will not otherwise join the procurement.
The procurement quantities presented in the request for tender are estimates, and the contract does not constitute a quantity purchase obligation for the customer.
