Description:
We are asking candidates for participation applications and preliminary offers for the negotiation procedure for the procurement of remotely readable water meters and non-return valves.
The procurement concerns the procurement of remotely readable water meters and non-return valves by the Helsinki region's environmental services - municipal corporation (HSY) in 2026 - 2029.
With this purchase, we prepare for the first year 1 3 of HSY's remote reading project, during which approximately 40,000 distance reading devices are being put into use in the years 2026 2029 water meters, about half of which will operate in a third-party commercial LoRaWAN network and approximately half in a third-party commercial NB-IoT network.
The subject of procurement is remote-readable water meters in size classes DN20-DN200 and suitable for remote-readable water meters check valves in sizes DN20-DN40. External antennas for remotely readable water meters are also an option.
