• Description:
• The city of Helsinki's urban environment department tenders the removal of blemishes (graffiti, tags, etc., see section 4), unauthorized notices and stickers, and the protection of surfaces with a graffiti protection agent. Most of the service focuses on removing stains. As a rule, the works are ordered on all weekdays throughout the year, however, if necessary, with an emphasis on warm seasons. The works are carried out in the area of ​​the city of Helsinki outdoors in public streets, parks and green areas, as well as in the urban environment on plots of farm properties. The objects of cleaning are e.g. external surfaces of bridges, noise fences, structures and structures, facades of buildings and equipment and furniture in streets, parks and green areas. By special order, the service is included cleaning the interiors of farm buildings from stains. In addition to the sites in the urban environment, the contract includes the cleaning of the sites of partners in the urban environment industry, such as Helen Sähköverkko Oy, Elisa Oyj, Culture and leisure industry cleaning of sports services and rescue services in accordance with mutual agreements valid for the time being. The contract period is five (5) years and it is planned to start in May 2026. The procurement is divided into four (4) areas. Each sub-area forms its own acquisition object. Of these, three (3) parts of the procurement are regionally divided and the cleaning work is carried out using chemicals or hot pressure washing on protected surfaces. In addition...
