Description:
The real estate services of the Espoo parish association are requesting your offer for the renewal of the elevator at Alberga Esplanadi. In 2000, an elevator without a machine room manufactured by Kone Hissit Oy was installed in the property. The elevator has exceeded the technical service life set for it and the risk of failure in a building with a high occupancy rate requires the elevator to be renewed. The property will change tenants at the end of 2026, so the work must be completed before the change of tenants. The line renovation carried out in the property can have an effect to the schedule. A more detailed schedule will be agreed during the contract negotiation. The attachments of the tender request complement each other, and the attachments include the technical drawing of the original elevator. If the tenderer requests, it is possible to arrange a site visit. More information from the sender of the request for quotation. The customer reserves the right to suspend the purchase.
