The City of Ulvila (hereinafter referred to as the subscriber) requests offers for the design, implementation, and maintenance, use and further development services for the WordPress platform for the new web service (replaces the current www.ulvila.fi). The goal is to implement modern, user -oriented, accessible and mobile -friendly A web service that serves residents and other stakeholders clearly and efficiently. The procurement covers a website reform project management, design, implementation, deployment, training and maintenance services. There has been a need for a clearer, more accessible and customer -oriented online service. The technical and visual platform of the website is to be updated to meet today's requirements. In designing the site, we wish the supplier a customer -oriented approach with inspiration For example, you can apply for the landing page of the Rautavaara website and the grouping of the topics, as well as the clarity and visuality of the Orimattila website. Any supplier has overall responsibility for the delivery of the online service package.
