Description:
The city of Rauma is requesting a bid for the Aijansuo training ice rink's base slab renewal project. The renewal project includes the renewal of the base slab of the ice rink with the necessary equipment and technical installations in the scope according to the calculation documents. The implementation form of the project is a turnkey contract. The main/general contractor also acts as the main implementer of the project. Only the main contractor has a contractual relationship with the developer. Preliminary schedule of the project:- Demolition and construction work will begin in April 2026.- Intermediate goal: The larger ice rink within the scope of the same refrigeration equipment must be available on July 12, 2026. starting without interruptions.- The entire project must be completed, received and put into use no later than August 31, 2026. All participants in the contract competition are required to familiarize themselves with the site on site as a condition for acceptance of the offer. Getting to know each other is organized as a joint display at the ice rink either on Thursday 13.11.2026 at 9:00 a.m. or Friday 14.11.2025 at 12:00 p.m. at Teollisuuskatu 19, 26100 Rauma. Offers must be submitted via the offer service by the deadline of 15 December 2025 at 12:00 by.
