Description:
The environmental department of the city of Kemi requests your offer for the renewal of the heat exchanger of Kemi Lyseo high school (Meripuistokatu 22, 94100 Kemi) in accordance with the documents attached to the request for tender. The contract includes the work with all arrangements, equipment and with equipment to the extent specified in the tender documents attached to the request for tenders and which are not specifically mentioned in the documents as not being part of the contractor's performance obligation. The work must be carried out while schools are closed 1.6-31.7.2026. The selection criteria for procurement is overall economic affordability, taking into account the comparison criteria presented in the documents. The basis of comparison is the cheapest price (total contract price). Connecting the device to the building's automation is handled by customer. This is a small procurement below the national threshold value. YSE98 contract terms are used for the procurement.
