Description:
This is a preliminary notice of the procurement regarding the renewal and transfer of the intranet service of the City of Tampere's personnel to the Sharepoint Online platform and the production of the solution's support and service management as a continuous service. As part of the change, the site structure and content architecture of the intranet will be renewedto better meet the needs of users and the service concept of Tampere's intranet.
The project renews Tampere's intranet and extranet solution Tasku. The reform meets the needs caused by customer orientation, such as online service accessibility and smooth mobisecondary use, as well as the working environment that has changed due to the digitization of the administration and increased cooperation with external partners. The current solution works with Liferay technology. The goal of renewing the intranet is to solve user experience challenges and ensure intranetand the opportunities for continuous, active development of extranet services.
The bidding process for the procurement is estimated to be carried out in March-April 2024. No bids can be submitted to this advance notice.
