Description:
The object of the procurement is the renewal and transfer of the intranet service of the personnel of Oulun Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy (hereinafter the Acquisition Unit or the Client) to the Sharepoint Online platform and the production of the solution's support and service management as a continuous service. As part of the change, the website structure of the intranet andthe content architecture is renewed to better meet the needs of users. The Subscriber performs a content inventory and analysis of the current intranet, based on which the Subscriber defines the contents that will be migrated from the current intranet service to the new solution. The migration is performed by the Supplier in commonovernight with the ICT services of Oulu's higher education institutions. The procurement also includes supplementary expert services, through which the solution can be further developed even after the implementation project. CONTRACT PERIOD AND ITS CONTINUATION The contract period is 24 months, after which the contract continues indefinitelyas being in However, it ends no later than six years after the agreement enters into force. The procurement unit reserves the right to extend the contract period until the procurement decision of the next public tender for this procurement has gained legal force. TOTAL VALUE OF THE PROCUREMENT The estimated purchase value of the procurement during the contract period, depending on the scope of the development work, is €200,000 - €400,000 (VAT 0%).
