• Description:
• The delivered and installed chemical tank must be:- a vertical cylindrical tank with a usable volume of 40 m³.- made of PEHD plastic. Sheet metal cladding on the outside. - the structure has a double shell and a double manhole on the base roof DN600, lifting lugs on the cover - the roof is designed to remove the snow load, e.g. a cone model - on the roof, a sluice connection and a pass-through for surface measurement - the tank and the piping supplied with it must be insulated and have heating cables for the tank and for keeping the pipeline warm. - The tank must be filled from the top, the valve at the lower end of the filling pipe with a 3" Kamlock, suitable pipe size. The lower end of the filling pipe must have a ball valve. - Chemical suction connection for existing pumps as much as possible near the bottom of the tank. - The tank will be placed on top of the existing concrete slab in the yard of the artificial ground water plant. The size of the slab is 4.5 m x 4.5 m. The contract includes the delivery and installation of the pipe to be built for the transfer pumps from the tank. The pipe must be of size DN 50 or similar, material PVC. A shut-off valve must be installed between the pipe and the flange in the tank, with an extension spindle built into it so that the valve can be used without removing the insulation. A shut-off valve in the pump booth will be added to the existing pipeline inside, between the tank and the pump. All supplied valves must be GF brand. The container must be equipped with a nameplate. The customer must be given a container book according to the Tukes guidelines. To offer...
