Description:
In its meeting 4/2025 § 29, the church council of Tuusula parish has approved the budget investment plan for updating Tuusula church's AV equipment and streaming system. Currently, the church's audio transmission is largely analog and image transmission HDMI based. In particular, the sound reproduction equipment is mostly significantly more than 10 years old. The goal is to update the AV system to comprehensively meet today's digital standards and enable automated use, as well as versatile and high-quality streaming possibilities. In terms of sound, digital means the implementation of sound processing and routing in a digital environment, and in terms of images, fully IP-based digital routing that combines image sources and display devices to each other online. The web-based nature of the new system enables remote management and remote support. The goal is to create an easy-to-use user interface for church users for typical events and usage situations so that the system serves church activities in its ease of use. Operational goals: The streaming system should include a multi-camera option, a comprehensive selection of microphones, and a highly automated and customizable control interface.
