• Description:
• The object of the procurement is the renewal of the drains and foundation wall drainage system as a complete contract at Tietotie 3, 02150 Espoo (Micronova). The construction project includes the renewal of the external drainage ditches of the Micronova property, the related plumbing work and the plinth waterproofing. Contract area 1 is between the Micronova building and Tietotie (on the south side of Micronova). Contract area 2 (option) is north of Micronova and consists of two parts, the area between which is not part of the contract. The procurement object is described in more detail in the tender documents. VTT uses experts from HT-Prokon Oy in the tender procedure. PRESENTATION OF THE TARGET VTT will organize the presentation of the target on 18 March 2026 from 13:00. It is good to reserve one (1) hour for the presentation. Those participating in the presentation ceremony persons should arrive at the address Tietotie 3, 02150 Espoo. We ask that you notify us in advance of your participation in the presentation event to the address: henri.lehtinen@vtt.fi. If the contractor independently visits the construction site at any other time, we ask that you also inform us of this in advance to the address mentioned above. There is no access to VTT's facilities for introduction or familiarization. Questions raised during the presentation of the object must be submitted in writing through the Cloudia Offer Service portal in accordance with the instructions presented in the request for tender. Questions cannot be answered at the presentation.
