• Pääkaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy ("KLOY" or "Client's representative") organizes a tender for the renewal project of the Naurissalmi metro bridge on behalf of the Helsinki City Transport Liikelaitot ("HKL" or "Client"), this procurement notice and its in accordance with the appendices. Project management for the Client is done by the project management of Pääkaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy. The assignment includes the works for the renewal of the U-6459 Naurissalmi metro bridge to the extent indicated in the contract documents. General plans will be submitted during the calculation phase of the contract, the construction plan will be used by the selected contractor only in the summer of 2026. The form of the contract is a total price contract. Naurissalmi's old metro bridge will be demolished and a new one will be built on the side over the track steel girder bridge. The new metro bridge to be built on the side will be pushed into place by launching in the longitudinal direction. The work phases of the construction have been tentatively announced in the draft general schedule. Track superstructure works and traffic arrangements in the area are included to work. City traffic is responsible for the traffic arrangements during the subway. (See contract program in more detail) Familiarization tour of the request for tender phase: The customer will organize a familiarization tour for the bidders at the site during the request for tender phase in April 2026.
