• Description:
• The contract includes in its entirety the renewal of all water covers of the Säkylä main library in accordance with the construction work description. The plans for the construction phase are also applied to the renovation, some of the solutions of which are changed from moisture technical solutions to be better. The water roof of the building has been implemented for the most part with a double rubber bitumen ceramic roof, on top of which a new double rubber bitumen ceramic roof will be installed. The project is somewhat more difficult for an architect to implement than conventional solutions due to special solutions. The edge parts of the water roof are covered with roof tiles and the water leaving the rubber bitumen roof of the upper roof area is led over the tile roof with the help of a shaped sheet metal strip. The brick roof, clapboards and collations will be removed up to the rubber bitumen cream coating. A new double rubber bitumen ceramic roof will be installed in its place. On top of it, the collations, batten planking and tile roof are carried out in accordance with the construction work description. In connection with the contract, everything related to the water roofs will also be renewed sheet metal strips and the inner gutter part of the water gutters with the sheeting above it. The special skylight designed by the architect will be completely renewed in its sheet metal parts. The old sheet metal parts that have faded to yellow will be completely renewed in the roof areas. The builder will order in connection with the contract, the renewal of the gutters' inner tilting gutters as a separate contract.
