Description:
We request your offer for the roof price of planning the renovation of Rinnekatu Street and Municipal Engineering. LightingPlanning is not included in the assignment. Design work includes street and municipal engineering renovation building design and ground surveys for the establishment of pipelines and trench support planning approximately 8 drilling points (drilling approx.max. 4m depth, water concentrations and granular determination) The cost of design is divided by 40% of the water supply and 60% of the planning costs of the municipal technology.The contents of the plans for both streets: • Position plan (building plan) • Length and longitudinal andType cross -section • Safety document • Job report • Mining cards • Cost estimate of the plan implementation ceiling price must include 3 design meetings, two of which can be carried out through Teams.Height and location information for wells (cable map), floor map and up-to-date formula information. The subscriber will commission the lighting plan separately. Drafts of the plan for comments by 31.7.2025 and the ready plan to be handed over 29.8.2025by.
